I had a challenging day a short while ago that connected me to some of the decisions I and a loved one made. I felt “useless” and “did not know what to do” or “how to help this loved one close to me.” By then I was familiar with meditation, the idea of Intuition (the still, small voice), so I took a few minutes out of my day and sat down to contemplate. As I worked on quieting my own mind and accept what is, I heard the “still, small voice” within me say:
“You are loved to all extensions your imagination takes you”.
For a little while I stayed with the peaceful feeling this thought brought me. Then it got me thinking. What does this really mean? What can I do to experience that peace and feel loved no matter what my circumstance is? And once I know, what can I do to help my family members and others accept this as reality?
“Your mind is the means by which you determine your own condition, because mind is the mechanism of decision.” ACIM, T-8.IV.5:7
I learned through the message I heard that no matter what decisions I make, I can not fail and that I am loved. I also learned that this is a message I can actually apply to my thinking in any situation or circumstance I find myself in instead of reverting to my judgmental state of mind. I am loved. It is a gift and I have the choice to accept it or deny it. Either way, I am loved. The difference my decision makes is how I feel, the words I use, the actions I take or not take, hence the results I see in my life.
In his book – You Squared – Price Pritchett wrote, “Unless you allow yourself to make mistakes, to fail, you will never have the opportunity to test the limits of what you are truly capable of accomplishing.”
Would you join with me in applying this idea to your own circumstances; “You are loved to all extensions your imagination takes you” as you continue living your life? You too have a choice. Accept or deny. Which one will you choose and apply in your thinking hence your experiences? What decisions would you make from knowing “you are loved to all extensions your imagination takes you”?
Applying this message to my life brought me to add Life Coaching to my already existing Craniosacral Therapy business. My loved one is meditating and turned his life around too. I love how life unfolded from that one heartbreaking experience for both of us. I am exited to see how we will keep on turning a mistake into an experience that keeps on living and giving.
I love you. Thank you for reading. See you next time.
